• Order details you send us: name, delivery address, email, phone, company details.
• Payment status from our payment provider GoPay (we do not receive or store card numbers).
• Basic technical logs from our hosting provider Cloudflare (IP address, request time) for security and operation.

3. Why and how long

To fulfil orders and legal obligations (contract, accounting and tax records, kept as required by Czech law), and to protect the site (legitimate interest). We do not sell personal data and do not use advertising trackers on this site.

4. Recipients

GoPay (payments), Cloudflare (hosting), carriers (delivery), and our accountant where required.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, object to processing, or complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz). Email us to exercise these rights.
