Store Terms

1. Seller

Syed Sibte Hassan Shah, sole trader (IČO 30117216), registered office Nové sady 988/2, Staré Brno, 602 00 Brno, Czech Republic, operating as VORTULM. Contact: syed.shah@vortulm.com.

2. Products and prices

The store offers VORTULM Sentinel, Aegis and Sovereign on-premise AI appliances. Images are concept renders. Each unit is built to order from refurbished enterprise components and ships with the VORTULM software image. Prices are shown in USD and are final at order confirmation. Taxes, where applicable, are shown before payment.

3. Ordering and payment

An order is placed by requesting it through the store or by email and is accepted when we confirm availability and the final price in writing. Payment is made online by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through the GoPay payment gateway, or as otherwise agreed in the order confirmation. We do not store card data.

4. Delivery

Delivery time and cost depend on the destination and are stated in the order confirmation before you pay. Risk of damage passes to the buyer on delivery.

5. Warranty

Every unit is bench-tested and covered by a 30-day guarantee from delivery: if it fails because of a hardware defect, we repair or replace it. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.

6. Withdrawal and returns

Consumers in the EU may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, except for goods made to the buyer's specification. To withdraw, email us a clear statement; the goods must be returned in the condition received.

7. Complaints

Send complaints to the email above; we respond within 30 days. Consumers may also use the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI, adr.coi.cz) for out-of-court dispute resolution.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Czech law, without removing mandatory consumer protection of the buyer's country of residence.
